The Vittoria RideArmor tire is the new tire in Vittoria's road range designed to provide the reliability and durability that the most tireless cyclists expect from a bicycle tire. Your armor for greater puncture resistance and high mileage. The name says it all. During the development of RideArmor, the goal of Vittoria's engineers was to design a tire for year-round use for training and daily commuting by bike; on any asphalt and weather condition. The result is a true shield capable of defending cyclists from the most hateful enemy: punctures. Greater durability and resistance are offered by a puncture protection belt that goes from bead to bead, from additional layers on the sides and from fabric layers protecting the beads. The ArmorSkin ensures maximum lateral protection against cuts and abrasions. This high-quality polyamide layer, distinguished by its copper coloring, offers extra protection on any road surface and in any weather condition. RideArmor features the Graphene + Silica compound, the most advanced compound for Vittoria's road tire applications. The Graphene + Silica compound, initially developed for Vittoria's top-of-the-line road tires Corsa PRO and Corsa N.Ext, offers durability, comfort, and grip in both dry and wet conditions, as well as on smooth and rough asphalts. The smooth tread design provides low rolling resistance and speed, giving the tire a modern look, especially when paired with the black/copper color of the sides. RideArmor is available in a single multi-layer carcass solution of Tubeless-ready/Tube-type, made of 100 TPI nylon, compatible with both tubeless and inner tube configurations. Tire widths range from standard road bike sizes (26 mm / 28 mm) up to 38 mm, making RideArmor a valid option also for commuting, city, and gravel bikes. All widths from 28 mm and above are TSS (HOOKLESS) compatible.
