Named Isotonic Power Gel - Pomegranate

Named Isotonic Power energy gel based on maltodextrins with different dextrose equivalence (D.E.6-D.E.19) and highly branched cyclic dextrins Cluster Dextrin®. In any sports practice that lasts longer than 45 minutes, carbohydrate levels need to be restored in order to maintain high exercise intensity, as well as ensure proper hydration levels. On a physiological level, it is recommended to take an Isotonic Power Gel> approximately every 30 minutes to prevent muscle glycogen stores from falling below the performance threshold. It is important to know that the energy provided by sugars will be released a few minutes after ingestion (7-10), while the remaining carbohydrates will release it gradually. This will avoid very pronounced energy fluctuations and at the same time reduce the risk of too pronounced or too frequent insulin spikes, benefiting our sports performance and long-term health. The minerals in this gel contribute to proper hydration levels, we still recommend using HydraFit> as a supplement during physical activity. Isotonic Power Gel> in the Cola-Raspberry flavor, in addition to its perfect combination of different types of carbohydrates, also contains 50mg of caffeine whose ergogenic effect will occur about 25 minutes after ingestion and will enhance performance.
