Fulcrum Speed ​​55 DB wheels, the new rim profile that characterizes the Speed ​​55 DB is a further step forward in the search for the best aerodynamic performance, a model therefore oriented towards a demanding and "racing" audience. To improve the rolling resistance (and therefore the speed) of the wheel / cover system, this model was designed in the 2-WAY FIT version. The production method of the carbon fiber rim without holes in the internal channel - patented construction technology also allows a stronger and more robust construction able to challenge even the most extreme race conditions. The 19 mm rim width fits perfectly with the trend of using increasingly wider tires, a choice that further improves the aerodynamic performance of the wheel / cover system. These data have been validated by intensive studies and tests in the wind tunnel where tests on new projects take place regularly. Speed ​​has proved to be the best option in terms of aerodynamic penetration indexes of the Fulcrum range and takes the indications from the profiles developed in the tubular version for the World Tour teams. Speed, however, does not only respond to aerodynamic performance, to optimize performance the wheels must also be light and sliding, the scale stops at 1580 grams while ceramic USB components have been chosen.
