This new tubeless Road UST system offers a smoother ride and increased puncture resistance, while remaining light enough to allow for climbing and acceleration. By removing the inner tube, we also removed the friction, decreasing rolling resistance, which means more speed with less energy expenditure. The 30 mm deep rim optimizes aerodynamic performance and improves stability in crosswinds. The alloy rim offers the benefits of our unparalleled experience in creating lightweight yet strong extrusions. What we do is carefully calibrate the rim wall thickness to achieve the perfect balance between stiffness, strength and weight. Profiled straight-head spokes are connected to our high-end Infinity hubs : optimum spoke tension is guaranteed to maintain perfect stiffness and durability, with a single spoke length for both wheels. The Instant Drive 360 ratchet freewheel system is quick to engage and provides low friction.
