Mavic Ksyrium S DCL wheels - Black

The Mavic Ksyrium S DCL wheels are 60 g lighter than the previous Ksyrium UST, but they are also wider, more durable, and laterally stiffer. The stiffness is optimized using Fore technology. The upper bridge remains un-drilled, optimizing strength and stiffness, and does not require the use of rim tape, saving an additional 30 g per wheel. The new shape of the rim bed makes it easier than ever to mount and remove tires, and our UST Tubeless technology improves rolling resistance and grip while reducing the risk of punctures. These rims are made in France, at our aluminum rim factory.
Our new Infinity hub platform optimizes stiffness and power transfer with highly controlled spoke tension, while an Instant Drive 360 freehub paired with our automatic bearing preload adjustment (QRM Auto) offers quick engagement and durability. The Ksyrium S is not only fast but also agile. Matte painted hubs, invisible rim welding, and deep black spokes give this wheelset a premium look that stands out from the crowd.
It is available for Shimano cassettes and can be converted to Campagnolo or XD-Road with optional driver bodies.
