Vision SC 45 DB CL wheels - Black

The new Vision SC 45 wheels evolve the concepts of the previous versions and bring with them the latest version of the VISION rims, also used in the METRON range, but with more classic and less extreme construction solutions. Specifically, the carbon rim with aerodynamic profile, available in 45 or 60mm depth, features a 21mm inner width with hook for maximum efficiency with tubeless tires ranging from 28 to 32mm [insert tire compatibility chart]. The 24 aero spokes with 2:1 crossover are mounted on direct-pull hubs. At the rear, the freewheel body is the classic ratchet type but in an improved version, without bearing preload adjustment but with pressure caps, to make the wheels more reliable and easy to maintain. Our engineers conducted extensive testing on the road and in the lab to refine the construction of the entire system, which now results in significantly improved stability and performance, both in terms of rolling and longevity. Often, this type of wheel is used with little maintenance in mind, so we conducted studies on performance decay due to use, improving each component and coupling between parts. Weight, compared with previous versions, has also been reduced, mainly through the use of carbon of modern construction, reaching 1,590 g/torque for the SC45 and 1,690 g/torque for the SC60.
