In the adapted and specialized version of CloudTec® technology, they left nothing to chance. Using finite element analysis (FEA), the way each component of the prototype reacts to running was simulated. Thus, On created a midsole that provides a seamless transition from heel to toe. It is called CloudTec Phase® and introduces a new concept in cushioning. The Cloud elements of the CloudTec Phase® are designed with virtual simulation so that when you rest your foot, they compress "in stages," that is, one after the other. The result? Enhanced, indeed supreme, cushioning and smoother heel-to-toe transitions than ever before.
