With what we learned in the development of the Enduro and over 1000 hours of field and lab testing, we have significantly improved pedaling and created the feeling of capability, efficiency, and liveliness that everyone appreciates. We increased the anti-squat so that the suspension better resists bobbing, and we also improved shock absorption on sharp obstacles. In short, the Stumpjumper descends with complete control and climbs with agility. The "S-Sizing" geometry of the Stumpjumper EVO is the most progressive. Long, low, relaxed, short-offset fork, a steeper seat tube helps you pedal better. But the perfect geometry can be different for different bikers, which is why the Stumpjumper EVO can be adjusted in six different positions. Not only can you raise the bottom bracket by 10mm, but you can also adjust the head angle by up to two degrees. The Rider-First Engineered™ technology is a size-specific approach in design to ensure the same riding characteristics for all sizes. So whether you are not exactly a giant and ride an S1, or if you need the long S6, you will tackle the corners with the same confidence, with an equivalent balance of stiffness, all at the lightest possible weight. In 2016 we introduced the SWAT™ compartment in the Stumpjumper frame to store pumps or other items to fix a flat. Now, for the Stumpjumper, we have further increased the space by introducing a container, the SWAT™ Bladder, which allows you to carry 650 ml of water in the down tube - the same amount as a water bottle.
