This model is the culmination of 10 years of experience in improving the performance of the most demanding XC athletes.  XC and cyclocross racing have undergone numerous changes over the years. The tracks are more extreme, with steep climbs and challenging descents, more technical challenges and high speed intensity. It is therefore more important than ever to be able to count on an Energy Transfer and absolute control of the bike. The Ultimate XC is designed for today's off-road racing, with state-of-the-art technology to give you all the benefits you can get. The upper has been made with Matryx technology, an extremely light and breathable material, five times more abrasion resistant than most synthetic materials. With its polyamide fabric and Kevlar fibers in the lacing area, it ensures optimal support and resistance. The upper is also fully coated, to protect against dirt and mud, as well as to allow a faster drying when it comes into contact with water. Two buoy IP1 rotors allow you to precisely adjust the fit, offering the foot a comfortable support and maximum energy transfer. The completely redesigned sole is made of super-light and ultra-rigid unidirectional carbon fiber, integrated with epoxy resin. The fibers are arranged by hand and strategically placed for a more effective ride.
